Who Can Do CrossFit?

Men, women, young people, seniors, athletes, non-athletes… CrossFit adapts to everyone.

Who Can Do CrossFit?

CrossFit, For Who?

“I don't want to look like a man”, “I'm too old to do CrossFit”, “I need to get in shape first”, “it's too dangerous, you'll get hurt”

There are a lot of preconceptions about Crossfit, because at first glance it can be scary: the unknown, the fear of not being up to the task, the Youtube videos of the best in the world, the envious…

Regardless of your body shape or even your age, CrossFit is accessible to everyone. The coach adapts the movements as well as the loads to each person’s level. He will be there to support you and ensure that each movement is performed safely.

In CrossFit there is no rivalry, we do not surpass others, we surpass ourselves . We encourage the last ones, we push them to the top and it is not uncommon to see the first ones resume training alongside those who remain to encourage them.

There are also specific programs for the children (CrossFit Kids), for seniors over 60 (CrossFit Masters) and for the disabled (CrossFit Adaptive).

Its programs can be set up with a coach certified in these specializations.
